Peter Charway
Managing Partner and Financial Analyst
Peter is an investment professional with over 8 years’ experience in corporate finance & investment advisory services, strategic business planning and research. He was previously with ICPL, an investment firm in Ghana, as the head of corporate finance & advisory services.
Peter also had an extensive 4-year experience as an Assessor in adult training at Tower Hamlets, Lewisham and DTK colleges, and at various schools all in London, UK.
He has an MSc Finance & Financial Law, SOAS, University of London, UK; BA Economics, University of Ghana; Certificates in Mortgage Advise; FE Teaching, UK and Securities Market Certificate from Ghana Stock Exchange.
Peter is the ambassador for the SOAS, University of London, UK Alumni in Accra, Ghana.
Terrence Darko
Evaluation and Research Manager
Terrence Darko has over ten years of project management, practical field research / monitoring and evaluation experience, specifically in international development related projects.
He has worked on several projects as a consultant or team lead. He is passionate about capacity building for development initiatives. As a volunteering project consultant, he has provided capacity support in research methods, data collection and data analysis to students at the graduate level.
He was a Research Associate for Dr Margaret McConnell (Assistant Professor, Harvard School of Public Health and Dr Gharad Bryan (Assistant Professor London School of Economics) on an SME Project in Ghana at the Accra Office of Innovation for Poverty Action (IPA). He also worked on designing survey instruments and interview schedules for several projects during his employment with IPA.
Terence is the managing consultant at Associate for Change with responsibility for the firm’s consulting and research assignments. He has a Master of Arts degree in Social Policy Studies from the University of Ghana, Legon, and currently studying part-time to complete Micro-Master’s Program in Data, Economics and Development Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Online Program.
Moses Arthur-Baidoo

MOSES ARTHUR-BAIDOO is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK with 17 years post-qualification experience. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Psychology from University of Ghana, Legon. Areas of expertise include Audit, Taxation, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment Advisory and Management Consultancy.

Michael Dzivenu
Investment Analyst
Michael has experience in economics, financial data analysis and investment research.
He has a BSc Banking & Finance and is a level 2 candidate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and is currently pursuing the Securities Market course at the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Michael is detail-oriented and an organized person.
